For the professionals to grow in the early childhood education profession, AECED constantly offers a variety of workshops through the year. Workshops are conducted on varied topics for enhancing professional skills and knowledge, throughout the year at regular intervals.

FAQ ON WORKSHOP
Q: Will the workshop money be refunded or transferable?
A: In case of Individual membership or Institutional membership the fees of the workshop will not be refunded. If the member is unable to attend the workshop, however the fees can be adjusted in next upcoming workshop for the same financial year on request and depending upon the reason for not attending. The decision will be taken by the Executive Committee. The Institutional member’s workshop fees are transferable so another teacher can attend the workshop.
Q: Maximum number of teachers who can attend the workshop incase of Institutional membership?
A: Four teachers can attend the workshop from one Institute, more can be allowed only on request and /or depending upon the number of seats available.
Q: Further Discount on the workshop as well as membership?
A: Non-members pay higher fees for all AECED programmes hence No further discounts are available.
Q: Are there any discounts for teacher trainees?
A: 50% discount is offered on workshop fees to trainees of registered teacher training Institutes. A nominal annual membership of Rs. 300/ will be charged.
Q: Procedure for enrolment for the workshop and can the workshop fees be paid on spot?
A: Please note the steps
1. You need to register through mail first , providing the name and email id of the participant and the workshop selected.
2. The payment can then be made by Cash, cheque, DD, NEFT. No spot payment is accepted.
